Banned items

For safety reasons, certain items are banned in halls. Please make sure not to bring these with you

• Candles
• Fireworks or flares
• Barbecues
• Shisha pipes or similar equipment 
• Smoke machines
• Nitrous oxide
• Incense sticks or aromatherapy 
• Plug-in fairy lights (bring battery-powered ones instead)
• Portable heaters
• Fridge/freezers, including personal mini fridges (unless expressly agreed for medical reasons)
• Industrial or large-sized speakers
• LED strip lights
• Electric bikes, e-scooters or similar vehicles (unless you have written permission)
• Security cameras
• Durian fruit
• Halogen lights
• Chip pans or deep fat fryers

 

The smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes/vapes is banned within halls. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated smoking areas.
