Fallowfield Redevelopment

We are currently redeveloping parts of the Fallowfield campus, including building new halls on the site of the old Owens Park Hall, Oak House and Woolton Hall.

At varying times, the work across the Fallowfield site will create some disturbance to varying parts of the site. We will continue to work with the contractor to minimise the impact on residents and look to mitigate any impact where possible.

Mitigations

We have taken a number of steps to ensure the impact on our students is kept to a minimum. These include:

• Regular acoustic testing to ensure noise levels remain acceptable
• Minimising disruptions during exam periods
• Providing communal study spaces
• A dedicated email address so any issues can be reported directly to the right team
